Randip Khangura

I have been fortunate to work in the area of Mental Health and Wellbeing for some time and as time has gone on I have realised this is an area that needs continuous evidence-base, awareness and knowledge. Mental Health and Wellbeing needs to remains high on the agenda in all walks of life, from a personal level up to remaining Well in the Workplace. I am dedicated in sharing my knowledge, skills and experience to the wider Public and to share why our Physical Health is just as important as our Mental Health. Evidence-based literature shows that more emphasis needs to be placed on our Mental Health and Wellbeing and this is where Orchid Health and Wellbeing can help drive the wider agenda forward in your workplace.

In my personal time I enjoy reading, baking and spending my time with family and friends.  I enjoy exploring and travelling to different countries to really appreciate different cultures, I have been fortunate enough to travel and I still have a list of places where I would still like to visit and I hope to do so in the future.

Lianne Bowskill – Company Director

Lianne BowskillMy career spans both Public Health and Mental Health where I’ve spent many years commissioning, redesigning and monitoring services to ensure that are meeting people’s needs and are delivering a high quality service. I have been fortunate enough to lead on the redesign of mental health, dementia and carer services as well as to lead on the large scale procurement of these services.

Mental health and wellbeing is a subject very dear to my heart which is I why undertook further training to qualify as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. It is my mission to help people feel confident enough to deal with a mental health situation in the same way they would deal with a physical health situation. I have a particular interest in workplace health and in raising the awareness of carers and the impact that a caring role can have on someone’s mental health and wellbeing.

In my spare time, I am a treasurer for a local charity who supports older people to prevent them from becoming isolated. I love spending time with my friends and family (and numerous pets) especially when we are at home, in front of the fire enjoying some good food.
